Book Your Accommodation at the Unterholzhof or the Döllerlehen

Our apartment and the holiday house are well equipped to ensure a relaxing vacation. The holiday house also has a sauna and a beautiful garden with a BBQ area and both accommodations, which are located in the Zell am See area, offer a breathtaking view of the surrounding villages and valleys. Guests of the apartment and the house can also use the idyllic hut for gatherings and BBQs right by the fish pond, which is about 200 meters from the respective accommodation. For holiday apartment guests we also offer breakfast on request, which is composed of products from our own production and the Pinzgau region. Both accommodations are particularly popular with families, as holidays close to nature and a farm are often a special experience, especially for children. In addition, many benefit from the distance to the city and the noise to relax on their vacation. Since the farm is still close enough (15 to 30 minutes by car) to well-known centres such as Zell am See, Mittersill and Kitzbühel, nobody has to miss out on the advantages of the city. Among other things, you will find ski areas for all skill groups in our immediate vicinity, you can relax in the spa, enjoy the day with the children at the countless swimming lakes, or enjoy hiking or mountain bike tours to the breathtaking alpine pastures and mountain peaks of the region.
