The traditionally furnished holiday home Döllerlehen is located 960 meters above sea level. It offers a beautiful view of the valley and the surrounding mountains of the Pinzgauer Sonnberge and the Hohe Tauern and is located just a few minutes walking time from the Unterholzhof. The Zell am See – Kaprun ski area can be reached by car within 15 minutes and the holiday home is the ideal starting point for hikes around the Hohe Tauern. The 200-year-old farmhouse has been completely renovated with a lot of love and taste. It has been equipped with a sauna, 2 kitchens, 5 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Weattach great importance to cosiness, comfort and closeness to the guest and are happy to answer any questions you may have regarding your stay. We also recommend you to explore the farm and have a try at our self-made products.

Everything Around the Holiday House

In the garden of the holiday house, you will also find a cosy seating area with a BBQ and deck chairs. Just a few steps further there is a small pond with a rustic fisherman’s hut, which is available to all our guests for celebrations and barbecues. On the other side of the mountain, in Piesendorf, you can find a small ski lift that is perfect for all winter sports beginners. The famous skiing and hiking area Zell am See – Kaprun is also just around the corner.
